A budget for your hospital will be developed by NAVEC based on goals and accomplishments submitted by your Board of Directors or Officers.  NAVEC will quantify your objectives in terms of allocation of resources in the budget.

A preliminary draft will be submitted to your designated representative and a one-hour phone call will be scheduled for suggestions and questions for revision to the budget
