NAVEC prepares quarterly topics for discussion at emergency clinic board meetings.  These are timely topics that every emergency clinic should be considering.  No emergency hospital is required to use these topics. Topics are provided to increase continuity among NAVEC members as well as improve the operations of each hospital.
